Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52).

Take first main turning right after passing over main traffic lights into Northshore Road. Take first turning right into Hoylake Drive.

Hoylake Guesthouse is on the right in about 1/4 mile.

Cross Richmond Drive and turn left. Proceed north, along A52 to cross roads with A158 (Ship Hotel)

Cross Castleton Boulevard and turn right into Castleton Boulevard.

Take first left into Hoylake Drive.

Hoylake Guesthouse is on the left after several hundred yards.
